Other Fun Facts

I am an adjunct faculty member at DePaul University.  Courses I teach include a seminar on happiness, a course on social justice in education as well as a professional writing course.

I just earned a white belt in NIA, a movement practice that combines the healing arts, martial arts and dance, and am in the process of becoming an instructor.  I love music and I love to dance.  I find joy in my body through movement and am a huge believer in being present in one's body as a pathway to happiness.
